I’m currently working on plant hormone transcription regulatory systems under stress responsive genes with the emphasis of identifying transcription factors that are linked to drive expression of the genes within the network. I’m using bioinformatics tools that will detect pathways based on micro-array data and importantly cis elements in promoters of up- and/or down-regulated genes in guard cells.
