H-Inv Database

SearchAn integrated database of extensive analysis of all human genes and transcripts. The database also include gene structures, alternative splicing isoforms etc.

Trypanosome transcript reconstruction and search

SearchA Data-House that constitutes reconstructed Trypanosome trancsripts made from expressed sequence tags (ESTs)and separately genome survey sequences (GSSs) retrieved from dbEST and dbGSS of Genbank.

eVOKE

eVOKE is a browser-based JAVA client for the eVOC platform, a combination of orthogonal ontologies used to manually curate over 8,000 cDNA expression libraries, and the resulting mappings between annotations, libraries and gene identifiers such as UniGene Clusters or Reference Sequences. The eVOKE query interface is currently in beta testing mode. If you would like …

WCD

WCD is a DNA sequence clustering tool, developed by Scott Hazelhurst and his team at the University of the Witwatersrand. It reads in a set of DNA sequences (typically ESTs or mRNAs) in FASTA format and organises them into clusters of similar sequences, producing a list of clusters and their members on standard output.
