Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense Reconstructed Transcript database
This project was aimed at understanding the biology of the African trypanosomes through genome analysis in order to contribute to the current Trypanosoma brucei genome project.
The data shown here constitutes reconstructed transcripts derived from Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs) and separately, Genome Survey Sequences (GSSs), of Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense retrieved from dbEST and dbGSS of GenBank.
