  1. STACKdbTM v3.1 - Released August 2002
    STACKdb v3.1 consists of relational database dump files for use with the viewing software, and flatfiles in FastA format for immediate data searching and analysis.

  2. stackPACKTM v2.2 - Released September 2002
    • Supported platforms:

      • Silicon Graphics, Irix 6.5.x

    NOTE: StackPACK v2.2 will be available for the IBM AIX platform shortly.

  3. stackPACKTM v2.2.1 - Released February 2003
    • Supported platforms:
      • HP, Tru64 UNIX v4.0F
      • HP, Tru64 UNIX v5.1A

    NOTE: StackPACK v2.2.1 for HP Tru64 has the same functionality as stackPACK v2.2 for Intel-based PC Linux Red Hat, Silicon Graphics Irix, and Sun Solaris, and is a special release to accommodate many Tru64-specific issues that were encountered during development.
